Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

If you're unhappy with your item(s), please contact me within 3 days that you received your package. I'm able to issue store credits or re-send the items to you. 

What do I do if I receive a damaged item? 

Please report any damages within 3 days that you received your order. 

 

My personalized item is wrong. What do I do? 

I'll be more than happy to replace your personalized item if the product I sent was different from one noted from your order. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number when my order is shipped? 

Yes! When I have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number through email. 

 

Item says delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?  

Your order will come with a tracking number so that you can keep track of your order. If it shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS for more information. Unfortunately, I do not have control over your package once your item has been shipped. 

 

My package is late. What should I do? 

Please contact your local USPS for more information. Unfortunately, delays could happen that is out of my control. That could depend on the volume of packages the USPS has to deliver or even the weather! 

 

How long should I wait until I receive my package? 

Because your items are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 days before I ship your package. After that, allow up to 14 business days for your package to be delivered. 

 

Are the bags handmade?  

The totes and pouches purchased here are hand-pressed to order using 100% cotton bags that are sourced from another manufacturer.
